Amazing Customer Service!!
The service Caitlin provided to our group of 8 has been unbelievable! I needed to email Caitlin on a Holiday weekend with some changes to our groups reservation. I had no idea if she would even see the email because it was a Holiday and she had mentioned she would be out of town with family.
I felt horrible bothering her outside of work hours - Caitlin saw my email and responded very quickly. She stated she did not have a computer with her but took care of our groups request within just a few hours. She went above and beyond! Would highly recommend Caitlin, you will love her :)

A lifetime goal-and Caitlin made it happen!
I have wanted to visit Prague since I was 18 years old, US Army trained in the Czech language, but due to the Cold War, I was prevented from visiting while stationed in Germany. Since 1989, the country is open but life, family duties, and work all came first. I was offered the opportunity to teach English there and thought why not? I tried making my own travel plans but the entire process was confusing making the dates line up, two different hotels, etc. One simple email to Caitlin and she had not only the details but options! Four different ones! We exchanged a couple of emails and voila, I am completing a lifetime goal. You couldn't ask for a better or more responsive travel agent. I am so happy and can barely wait to fly.
